About Movement Lab
Movement Lab is a movement practice, creative community, and collaborative think tank exploring the intersection of movement, mindfulness, creativity, and connection.
We host classes, workshops, pop-up events, and collaborative experiences while bringing together facilitators, artists, and wellness practitioners to share ideas, experiment, and create meaningful experiences for the community.

Bossa BEATS
Samba Fusion Cardio Class
Samba, salsa and Jazz with low to mid intensity. Slow guided warm-up into fun, easy-to-follow sequences. Sweat without the grind. Eclectic playlist spanning bossa, samba, salsa, jazz and global rhythms. Softly lit studio with shifting color lighting for uninhibited movement. All levels welcome. No experience needed.
Bring water. Wear clothes you can move in. Bare feet, socks/grip socks. We use mats for the cool down stretch. Mats are provided, or bring your own.
Slow Flow
A slow motion meditative mindful movement class. Slow yin-style warmup into a guided moving meditation. Wear extra comfy clothes you can move in. Includes rolling on the floor.

Inner child embodiment Workshop
A six-part movement and mindfulness series that blends dance, yoga, and playful expression to inspire healing, connection, and transformation. Designed for all ages and abilities—including children, adults, seniors, and individuals with disabilities—each class invites participants to rediscover the joy of movement and the lightness of curiosity. What begins as simple, childlike exercises often unfolds into a deeply uplifting and restorative experience that nurtures the body, heart, and imagination.
